HuRMan, also known as our Personnel Database, was originally designed for a small private hospital in Melbourne over three years ago. Since that time it has proven itself to be a flexible and reliable tool for managing human resources, training, and infection control information, and is now installed at many other hospitals around Melbourne and Adelaide.

The primary users of HuRMan are usually the Director of Nursing, the Executive Secretary, the Clinical Development Coordinator, and the Infection Control Coordinator.

The screen shot below shows two of the data entry forms commonly used in the system, however there are extensive reporting (33 report types) and mail-merge features.
