Where to get The Weaver Curriculum®

Buying New?

Local: At the moment there is only one local source that I know of and that is KEPL, they don't keep The Weaver Curriculum® products in stock but they can order it in for you if you will confirm an order.
Hopefully I'll soon be able to share with you a new local source for purchasing Weaver! Stay tuned!

U.S.A.: You can order online from Alpha Omega Publications. They are currently having their annual spring sale, during April they have 20% off all purchases and during May it will be 15% off.

A great alternative is to join the E-mail list at the Unofficial Weaver Pages (which is an absolutely fabulous place to receive encouragement, support and ideas) from other Weavers. As a part of the loop you can then also access a 10%, year round discount to all AOP purchases (not in addition to May/April sales discounts) and free postage within the USA, but, you must be a part of the loop. Kelly Huckaby does a marvelous and much needed job in maintaining this site. Thank you Kelly! By purchasing through the Unofficial Weaver site you'll be supporting the costs of maintaining the site and all additional funds go to providing Weaver Curriculum for those who have a heart to use it but couldn't do so without this ministry.

Buying Second Hand?

The experience that I've been able to glean from others is that it is better to buy new. Firstly there can be problems where a Volume arrives and has pages missing (it's in a folder setup). Whilst these pages can be replaced at a cost to you ( 50 cents US per page) most of the time by contacting Marilyn Schlitz at AOP (MSchlitz@aop.com), it is inconvenient for *you* and occasionally not possible with some of the chapters. Secondly, in 1999 a revised edition was published that had been substantially edited and tweaked (by Marilyn - Thank you Marilyn!) to make it even more user friendly. This included the Volumes and the Day by Day's in particular (from what I've been able to pick up) This is the edition that we are using and I find it just wonderful to work with. Highly recommendable!

So my advice is, if you are going to buy second hand, try to get a 1999 or plus edition. I know that there will be those who would rather pursue the second hand option so here are a few sources.  (Disclaimer: Please note that I am not giving my personal recommendation to any of these sites nor those who sell through them. To the best of my knowledge they are reputable sites but any results from your interactions with these sites are entirely your responsibility.)

- Homeschool Central Mall (type in Weaver and it will bring up the search results)

- Aussie Homeschool Resources (Don't know if they get much Weaver, but it's local)

- Used Weaver Curriculum board (Only for the buying and selling of The Weaver Curriculum® specifically)

- Ebay
